See a doctor quickly With the application, you can get to the doctor's or nurse's chat reception without waiting in line. The treatment starts with a symptom survey, after which the specialist gets straight to the point and you will quickly get help for your problem. The most common ailments are treated in the doctor chat, such as: • Flu • Eye infection • Skin problems • Stomach upset • Urinary tract infection The nurse chat provides, among other things: • Instructions for home treatment of flu, stomach flu, pain, allergies and small wounds • Sick leave certificates for the most common illnesses Health information You can find all your past and future events in the app's health information In the medical centers of Aava. • Visits • Results of laboratory and imaging studies • Recipes • Shipments • Sick leave certificates Make it easier and faster to do business With the application, you can also conveniently book appointments and register at the reception without a visit to customer service.

The app does the bare minimum with the bare minimum of usability. Chat is the most useful feature, but it doesn't provide even notifications of new messages. Also you cannot trust on new lab results to come visible on the app. I will probably just start calling them again instead of using the app.
